In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any gender include all genders.

Attempting to circumvent bet limits by splitting bets across multiple accounts or using third-party accounts is prohibited.

Cricket Betting Specific Rules: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and other cricket markets, the following additional rules apply: (a) All pre-match bets stand once the match has commenced regardless of team changes, unless an explicit "without [player]" market is offered; (b) In-play bets are settled based on the state of the match at the time the bet was accepted, as confirmed by the 456bc system timestamp; (c) Abandoned or postponed matches are typically voided unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time; (d) 456bc uses official tournament scorecards as the primary settlement source.

Where 456bc identifies prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to: (a) immediately suspend or permanently close the affected account; (b) withhold and forfeit any balance, pending withdrawals, and bonuses in the account; (c) recover from the player any amounts previously withdrawn that were derived from prohibited conduct; and (d) share relevant account and transaction information with law enforcement authorities, financial institutions, and industry fraud prevention bodies.

Dormant Account Policy: An account that has had no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. 456bc will attempt to notify you via your registered email address before applying any dormancy-related administrative fees. After 24 months of inactivity, if the account balance falls below ৳500, 456bc may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳50 to the dormant balance. Dormant accounts with a zero balance may be closed at 456bc's discretion. Reactivating a dormant account is possible by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by 456bc — your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination (including those relating to fraud, liability limitations, dispute resolution, and intellectual property) will continue in full force and effect after closure.

Changes to These Terms: 456bc reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of 456bc after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
